In the Statement issued on the 13th, reference was made to the Gentlemen's Agroamont which conoarned the precise method of dealing with the Polios. Publicity is row given to this bmtlemen's Agreement in view of the accusation wicot by the Canton Pazette that the Yolico wama dəliberately deceived. terms of the kantlemen's Agreement are sa follows:-
